Artist Statement:
“Mangrove Mud shells are known as Thubalda in my Kaiadilt language. We wait until the rains have gone and the high tides recede before we hunt for them. Back on Bentinck, my Country, we would go that one time of year to feast with the family to my Aunty Sally's Country, it's part of our tradition”.
